Default what mixture for the radiator

What is the best elixer to run in your radiator? I have heard of just straight up distilled water, or just straight up anti-freeze? Also does replacing the stock radiator make that big of a difference or would i be better off buying electric water pump and the fan control switch?

50/50 should work just fine. Tap Water/DexCool. Just leave it all alone. Fan switch is a must, but radiators and electric water pumps are just too pricey.
