Default A-Pillar gauge pod installation?

How did you guys route the wires up to your gauges. I am trying to do it with out cutting the original a-pillar cover and can't seem to find a way to do it. Can anyone give me a tip on where route them. If it matters it is the autometere full pod on a T-top car.

Thanks,
Adam

On the old pilar, I cut a little hole in the bottem of it where the dash comes together. Routed the wires right through there no problem.
