the 6.0l heads i just got have about 11,000 miles on them and look pretty good, any opinions on if i should get them looked at before, etc? they are for a 500+HP turbo build
also all i need for the 6.0l heads are 6.0l or 5.7l gaskets right? i can use stock length hardened pushrods?

I would not worry about the HG thickness and the push rod length. Make sure you use the GM MLS 6.0 gaskets. I would use ARP studs, and have the heads checked. Have them checked for straightness and make sure the valve job is good, so that the valves seal when closed. Make sure you put new valve springs on even if the cam is stock.
Good luck,
