what are you trying to figure out, compression ratio of the motor or if your car has good compression in each cylinder?

i think that's gonna be tough. maybe one of the guru's will pipe in with an easy way. the only way i know of is with the heads off and the pistons at tdc. cc the combustion chamber of the heads. measure the piston height in the cylinder at the deck. gotta know your gasket thickness too. and then do a lot of math.

do you have the build sheet for the motor? maybe if you called the shop that did it they would have that info on file?

Yeah, you need to figure out the combustion chamber numbers like Rokko said. A compression tester might get you in the ball park....later after the rings are set....if someone knows how to backwards figure it. There should be a formula if you know bore & stroke.
