Default 28" M/T Radials on WS6

Can you fit the Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial Tire 275/60R15 which is 28" tall onto a stock ride height WS6 without modding the wheel wells?

Does having a 28" out back and 26 cause your ABS to fail? Does it matter if it does?

damn.. does everyone just go to wider and more hammering then...

I may need 28"s to get me across the finish line but I don't want to bang the hell out of it just yet... anyone know if 275/60R15 will fit with NO BANGING?

Ran 325/50/15's on Bogart wheels. Had to slightly message on the inside. Not much at all. Adjustable LCA's helped.

Thanks to both of you. I've got Bogart Welded Rts for rims. So you didn't have to cut anything or roll the fender then? I guess I'm ok with some banging but not cutting.

No cutting at all. I rolled my fenders for my slicks, but it was not necessary. For such a big tire, they fit well.

Question: Do you already have a set of MT radial tires? If not, I'm looking to move my 325/50/15's to get a set of QTP's for the street. Mine have 4 1/8th mile passes and maybe 20 miles on them. I can cut you a good deal, if you need some. Let me know. I have not put these up for sale yet, but will, here soon.

Not yet. I have a set but they are the 26" tires. Put the N20 on and I need a bigger gear now to get through the traps in 4th. I have to kill these tires off first. Thanks though.

Sounds like you rolled them for slicks but you wouldn't have needed to do that for the radials?

Same problem here, going to a bigger tire.

No you do not. It will be fine for the radials.

i had 28x11.50 on mine and i had to trim the very bottom of the backside of the fender cause it was rubbing on launch. Also it does mess with your abs.

Oh yeah...I second that. I have no ABS, so I forgot to add that.
