Default 2nd gear slip under wot downshift

Where do I need to begin looking to solve this problem?. The trans has about 3500 miles on it with the a new stock converter and transgo shift kit. If you go WOT from a dead stop it will shift like clockwork everytime no slip but on a 4-2 downshift it will slip anywhere from 75%tp to WOT until you back out of it. I put a gm seal kit and converter with the red kolene hp clutches, upgraded sungear shell and big kevlar band, billet servo, and a transgo shift kit. It does ok until it warms up after about 20 plus minutes of driving and no codes set. FIS in san antonio tuned the pcm for me. Any ideas would be appreciated. The trans was a new gm srta with less than 800 miles on it, I pulled it out of a chevy pu after the oil cooler line broke and the customer burned up the 3-4 clutches but quit when it started slipping so everything in the bastard is new gm parts quite literally. We installed it on friday he killed it on sunday. So I saved it back for my car.
edit: I am also running amsoil full synthetic in it. But I have run it in my k3500 for well over a 100k pulling very heavy stuff from time to time and have not had any of the above issues.

It really sounds like you have a band that is going bad or possiably a broken 3-2 shift valve spring. Might be a bad 3-2 shift solenoid as well. Good luck, Vince.
