and no, i will not spend it on you ...wife approved $2500 to spend on the car..now the plan is a supercharger eventually, but $2500 wont float that right now, so i am leaning towards a tranny...already got the appearance pretty much how I want(just put on 315's, ordered cross-drilled slotted rotors/ceramic pads, bought porter cable and menzerna line etc) and I already have H/C combo and all the bolt ons...any suggestions?

gears if u don't have em already. and a custom dyno tune. or a 150 shot. or save it for the blower; theres no pressure to spend it u know lol. although its probably burning a hole in ur pocket.

Honestly I'd save for a Procharger and just keep an extra 10-bolt ($150 each)in the garage for when your current one goes south. If you've ever ridden in a forced induction car you'll "make it happen."
I've got a buddy here in Atlanta with an Incon TT kit and he runs 9's for the last two years as a daily driver and he's only broken one ring and pinion. I've got a 4.11 with a stud kit and girdle and I flat out abuse my 'Hawk when I drive it. It's dead quiet. If you set up the gears right and let the wheels slip a bit instead of adding stickies you can live with a 10 bolt for quite some time.
You could buy (8) entire 10-bolt assemblies for the price of one 12 bolt/9inch. ~Joshua

^ Lol, I'd do the tranny man, you already have the verter, and i assume shiftkit and cooler, my tranny cost me about 2200 with the shiftkit, cooler, verter and deep pan, so you could get a pretty good tranny from FLT or somone for a good amount, or if you have a local good shop you could get set up nice, and not have to worry about that being your weak link.
