Tools & Fabrication - nasty paint question

i put this in the paint section but i guess thats just a bunch of guys who like to talk about there wax jobs soooo............ can anyone here help?

Looks like there is some sort of slovent trying to evaporate out from under the base...or moisture is getting built up in your lines and you are spraying water/paint out of your gun, or something contaminated your primer coat. Don't know really, I've never had that happen.

problem solved. the power went out cuz of storm so i let it sit for 2 days in between coats of base. and it was real hot and humid so i switched to a real slow reducer and it turned out that was soaking into the layer of base under it so it was reacting with itself. i waited another day, sanded smooth with 400 and went back to medium reducer layed it on in light coats. worked fine then cleared it a couple hours later. heres a pic.
