I have Total Seal rings in this motor and it smokes when I lift off the gas at high rpms. It puffs at each gear shift, and a big puff in high gear when I lift off the gas while racing. The Total Seal guys said either PCV is sucking oil, or valve guide seals are bad. New LS6 CNC heads from GM with only 2000 miles on them. Can they be bad allready, or are the GM stock seals just not that good? WHAT DO YOU HAVE? Leak down test is good. I run the PCV from the LS6 valley cover into a can, and back into the intake. Made a test run with a hose from the valley cover sticking out of the hood, there is not that much oil coming out of there. Can that smoke be from the valve seals??
