Default Hi-Flo Install pictorial

Hotside - put each header in, but leave them loose. steering shaft needs to be removed to get the driver header in. put crossover pipes in place. tighten crossover pipes to headers, then thighten crossovers together. after making sure everything is clearenced properly, tighten headers.

- loosen turbo housing bolts, and loosely fasten turbo to T4 flange. rotate the turbo so the comp housing is pointing down thru the old coolent overflow hole, and so the oil feed side is facing straight up. then remove turbo and tighten housing bolts. reinstall, blah blah blah

IC- cut bumper along factory crease on the bottom, and place IC up against factory holes. some additional cutting is needed

cold pipes. look at my pictures, and do the same jackass

notice u need to cut part of the lower box that holds the fuse box

and a rough/dirty preview of the finished product..

NOTE: i just painted the bumper yesterday, and JUST placed it on the car...im in the middle of a wet/sand and buff......so i know it looks like ****, as does the rest of the car as it has bee sitting for a while now. dont judge me bitches

o ya, forgot DP pics...ill get those some other time

Looks good, you need to make sure your oil line is not touching the turbine housing though

not trying to bash at all, but why would you mount your FPR over on the strut tower like that? Kit looks good though.

coop5885 - if u can find me a better spot for that where it fits, where i can get at it, and where its not gona be close to heat, lemme know..... in all seriousness.... i think it looks fugly there, but its really the only place where it'd work for me and my setup

red90 - no ac yet, no care at the moment.... i could prolly make it up in like an hour tho,....

Interesting placement. Was this a non-coated kit? Looks like the headers are black, but everything else looks bare, just polished. GL with the tuning and will be looking forward to hearing the numbers, watching the track vid's and seeing the dyno output.

Do you have any more pics of the intercooler? Is the air supposed to flow up thru it from the bottom, or down thru it from the top?

Understand. I just thought when Marco first posted he was saying all piping coated. I know there have been a plague of issues, coating being one of them. Thanks.
