Default Any drawbacks to reversing the intake manifold?

I'm thinking of doing cowl induction on my Corvette. It would be very simple if the throttle body was right in front of the cowl. I know that I need to get a fuel line to the passenger side, relocate IAT sensor, put in my SD tune, and I'm pretty sure that the throttle cable should work without modification. What else do I need to address? My car doesn't use the stock oil pressure sender so that's not an issue.

Thanks,
Matt
