Dyno time once again
I went to conley's to watch DJ's dynos and get a few of my own done...
after Dennis was finished we strapped her down and I cranked the boost controller to 16 psi, and added some 109 fuel. She made 852 rwhp and 750 rwtq on the mustang dyno. I figure right at ~1000 rwhp dynojet...
I strongly believe that I have alot left on the table. We called it quits because the fuel pumps were not keeping up with the demand. I still have the stock wiring harness powering them
I will get a big wire hooked up and finalize the tune. I added 4 degrees of timing and it gained right at 100 rwhp 18 degress full timing now... with the good fuel I think it will take 22-24 degrees Plus I want 18 psi!
can't wait to make 1000 rwhp on the mustang dyno!

Great numbers for that boost level, congrats!
Also curious why you think it would make another 150rwhp on a dynojet? I havn't used a mustang dyno but wouldn't think the variance would be that great (esp on a turbo car that likes load).

I agree, awesome numbers, but I am not thinking you will make 1000 rwhp on a Dynojet with 16 psi vs. what you made on the Mustang.... That is quite a bit!

The load is supposed to be MUCH greater on a Mustang... Works two ways: Loads the wheels more (more boost), but offers stricter dyno numbers from what I hear... I wonder what the actual variance would be then...
Either way, 1000 rwhp on a Mustang dyno is NOTHING to laugh about... That will be SICK!

Tony you need those khomos and rims for the TA you had outside. hmmm Tiago has a good grasp of the tuning side of things now......def. a joint effort between the two of us. Tiagos car and Dennis car have both been a ton of fun. Everyones begging for a ride and all I want to do is not sit in either. lol just kidding guys.
