best heads for turbo?

what would be the best heads that money can buy?
my goal is to make 1400-1600 rwhp with a 106 or twin 88's on stock suspension.

are allpro the way to go as far deck thickness and air flow #s,

LS7 heads seem pretty good but there may be others that out perform. I think a good set of LS7's can flow upwards of ~380cfm @ .600" (if memory serves me right)

Edit: Greg Fell had a test done on a ported set.

lift - cfm
.600" - 376
.650" - 386
.670" - 388
.700" - 392
