Anyone have a problem in the monsoon radio display not displaying right for a little bit when you start the car...then if you swap between cd/radio, or turn it on or off, it will start working right?

Yes, and it did the same thing in my 99 Grand Prix.

My 02 is doing the same thing right now. Turn it off and back on or change the station and it displays properly. What's up with that???

Its a loose connection in the Cd player. Im guessing some soldering joints are bad. Search around I remember seeing a thread on how to fix it.
