I just installed a ram hd in my z06 along with all new hydraulics, adjustable master, the whole nine yards. The clutch bleed pretty easy since I also installed a remote bleeder. The problem is I can't put my car in gear, it shifts fine with out the car running.

Try making the throw longer on the master. If it still won't work you probably still have air in the system.
