Question Weight reduction

My cars race weight is 3650 what can I do to get it down to say...3300 or so I havent taken anything out yet but the car has no power options , just t-yops and ac I took out the back seat but it was like 2 lbs it seemed like so i put it back in. I am high 11's now in the 1/4 I would like to see mid. Thanks guys.

So like I said I alreay have a stripped out model all it has is t-tops and ac and im not removing the ac or any safety stuff i drive it in a lot of traffic sometimes but so if i remove the spare and jack and rear seats and front sway bar what can I expect to gain in the 1/4?

You should have the mods move this to the drag racing tech section, not internal engine.

Just FYI, the seatbelts weigh more than the back seat itself. Between the seat and the belts, you'll lose a fairly significant amount of weight. Plus, it doesn't matter how little the item weighs... if you can do without it, every little bit counts. Plus, it's easier to find 100 1-pound weight reduction items than a single 100-pound item.

i have done about 1/2 of the list. and my car's race weight is 3140, well prolly around 3105 now since i took out the a/c 3 weeks ago lol.
