Default 99 TA clutch bleeder valve?

I cant find this thing for the life of me. I looked at the pic for the drill mod for an easier drain, which I'm not willing to do, and have reached around for 20 minutes trying to find this thing. I dont even know what it's supposed to feel like. I know I can't see it and I'm pretty sure it isn't one of the steel braided cables. Can anyone give me an idea of what to feel for and where to stick my hand?

go under the car on the driver side. there is a steel braided line between the tranny and the bellhousing. I attached a picture of it. the bleeder valve is right above it.
