Default Smell of Oil and a slight hint of fuel at WOT

hey guys, when i go wot i get a smell of oil, and sometimes a very very slight hint of fuel mixed in with it. any idea? also, i recently changed my oil, and i accidently put in 5w-30 instead of 10w-30, it had a greater change in oil pressure, like 20+ on it. any suggestions?

well i dont know about the oil smell but if you smell raw fuel out the exhaust the car is running very rich. the oil weight really dont matter un less you have a bad valve seal or a broke ring and the oil is ending up in the cumbustion chamber.
