I ran my buddy's full bolt on '03 Z06 (LTs, catback, Xpipe, Vararam, t-stat, plugs/wires, nittos) last night.We went from a 65 hit and I let him get the jump first and then I went WOT. I dropped to 2nd and immediately pulled 3/4 car on him (his front bumper was at my back wheel). Forgetting that I just put my MS3 in and thinking I still had my old cam in, I shifted at 6400rpms from 2nd to 3rd and I'm still 3/4 car ahead of him pulling through 3rd. Again forgetting about my new cam, I shift at 6400rpms from 3rd to 4th and at the beginning of my 4th gear, I put a whole car between us and ended up beating him by almost 2 cars (there was a 1 car gap between us). I'm still getting use to my new TSP H/C package (stg 1 LS6 heads/MS3 cam), that I just had installed 3 days ago…I know I should have been shifting around 6800rpms (my limiter is at 6900rpms), but I forgot that I had my new cam in there. we would have went more than once, but both our clutch pedals were sticking to the floor.

Nice, I've got the same heads for my WS6, can't wait to see what they do with an F13 and some bottled motivation!

nice to have a good friend to fart around with.

Only problem with that, it gets expensived trying to keep up with the other one.
