The only thing that can go wrong with gasoliners is fuel or spark, diesels are only half as complicated.

i'd say either injection or lift pump. lift pump you could do your self. just go to oreilly's and get a holly blue pump to replace the stock dodge one. injection pump, i'd probably take to hotrod diesel if you're not confident you could do it. michael is a good guy, as someone else said before. the pump itself is expensive, so be prepaired for a little sticker shock.

lift pump went out, than the injecton pump went out, be ready to drop 2000 dollars, might as well get the FASS fuel system while its there, and hell with that on there. might as well throw some injectors in there. than hell just order the upgraded injection pump and put it in there too. nothin like addin right at 300 extra hp for only a lil down time. and some big cash

Crack the injection lines and crank the engine see if fuel is getting to the injectors. If so, it might just have air in the fuel system. There is also probably some sort of "lift pump" that delivers fuel from the tank to the injection pump see if that is working. I know that chevys have a lift pump relay that ALWAYS goes out. Just pray that the Injection pump didnt go out.

Goodluck!

That wont work if you're injection pump has failed.. The pump will still pump enough fuel to fool you into thinking its still working, but not enough to make the truck run..

NOT TRUE! The lift pump only delivers fuel to the injection pump. IF the injection pump is bad fuel will not go through it!!
