pulley system, is that a pretty good deal or is there someplace i can get a better deal? What kind of gains should i see, and do i need to get another belt or will the stock one work? I searched for a FAQ but couldnt find one.

You can expect around 10rwhp, at least on LS1 cars. I'm not too well versed in LTx stuff, but that looks like a pretty good deal.

You will definatly need a new belt, best thing to do is call TSP and ask about belts, I'm sure they have the one(s?) you need in stock. Do you have/plan to have a large system in your car? I would advise against getting and underdrive alternator pulley if this is the case due to possible charging issues.
