General Maintenance & Repairs - Vats???? Need Some Help

just put a new supercharger on my 94 t/a. Now when i put the key in and go to start it, the security light comes on and the car will not crank. The fuel pump does come on however. Ive searched vats but my car wont start at all or even attempt. No matter how many times and how long i let it reset.

Does it blink or not? Mine always comes on, but when it blinks it wont start. I have to wait until it stops blinking for it start.

it doesnt blink, i may be my battery from having the hatch open when trying to work on the pump
