it says on step 3 to use tape and paint it or sumthin wats this about???

You can ignore that step since your car is already black. It refers to masking off and painting the "mouth" area that the grill covers.

haha sorry yall...umm ya i bought it at www.afterthoughtsauto.com and i havent put it on yet cause its been raining the past few days it should be on by tomorro tho ill post up the pics ASAP

That last step is to paint the area behind the stock grille so that it blends in better with the grille. In this case, I see you have a black camaro, so it wouldn't apply to you. It's just a recommendation from the manufacturer. I didn't paint behind the grille and I think it looks okay. It would definitely look better with the back painted black, but it's fine.

i dont think anyone should paint that area behind black... too many things can go wrong and it doesnt look bad at all with it the color of the body behind

and the location of where he got it from, was wondering ebay or our sponser or hook up or somthing, the more resources one has the more options you have! also some people on here buy theirs chrome and paint them black, so i was wondering where he got his.
