Heads and Cam or Fuel system???
My setup is a forged 346 with my custom truck manifold 3inch GT-42 76mm turbo kit.I still have my stock 98 heads and a small 220 550 114 cam.I also still have stock fuel lines, reg, and rails.
Question
Would I gain more from some stg 2 CnC 6.0 heads and a bigger cam 228 582 113 cam.Or would I gain more from a Speed Inc fuel system to up the boost.
I am currently running 12-15psi with meth.I plan on doing both but just have money for one of them right now.

Hey man.. I love your setup.. followed the build and watched the video of the first run several times while buildign mine...
my thoughts on the matter after having numerous twin intank issues with my walbros.. I drained and drilled the tank and used a -12an bulkhead fitting cut to length at the top of the retaining nut inside the tank and used some "Seal All" then hooked up an A1000 and a billet fuel pump controller. this was by far the wisest thing I could have done affordably to rid myself of the issues with the walbros. two pumps to me now mentally equates to twice the problems.. I almost lost my motor after having a pump failure, then again when one of the lines came off the top of the pump where the little insert is which remained inside the line that was clamped.. and make note that using a 1:1 regulator almost always assures a problem like that happening when pressures are elevated under boost.. that cured me of the twin intank setups for good.
anyways.. reporting on the A1000.. was affraid it would be obnoxiously loud, but it really isn't too bad at all. with the sumped tanks available for you guys, it would be a no brainer to me to go with a larger pump, rather the A1000 or the new magnafuel pump or a weldon.. eventually you will wish you had to start with.

ps with 8.7 scr aren'tt he 6L heads gonna drop that down a good bit more?

yeah it would prolly drop it down to close to 8:1 comp.I was looking at the speed inc kits and wondering wich one would be good for me
stage 1 with upgrade pump
-Aeromotive comp eliminator pump
-Billet Filter w/stainless element
-Billet Fuel Pressure regulator (boost ready)
-Billet LS1 or LT1 rails
-Autometer 0-100 Fuel pressure gauge
-All necessary braided lines and fittings
stage 2
-(2) Inline Walbro GSS392 Pumps
-(2) Fuel Filters
-Billet “Y” Block
-Boost Activation Hobbs Switch
-Billet LS1 Rails
-All necessary braided lines and fittings
