Who's looking for a refund from Hi Flo?
Well, BofA isn't going to be able to do anything, and Bill hasn't responded to my pm yet, so I'm going to be putting something together to get my money back by taking legal action. I still have a few steps I have to go through but I would imagine they will continue being less than cooperative in the situation so I wont really have any other choices.
What I would like to do is see how many are looking to get their money back on this deal.
PLEASE, if you are not a hi flo customer, or do not have anything constructive to add, please do not post. I don't need this to get mucked up like the other threads.

I was looking for a refund. I haven't heard anything from my CC company yet, and I don't expect anything soon. I was going to call the Circuit Court Clerk today to clarify a few things I read on their website, but haven't had a chance yet. Here's their URL:

Let me know what you have in mind.

Food for thought. Legal recourse may be the only way to rectify the situation.
