Default Wolfe Racing has poor customer service

I ordered a cage about a week and a half ago. The guy told me they were out of mild steele and that they were expecting a shipment in 10 days. So about 8-9 days out I call them and ask how the shipment is coming and when I can expect to have my cage (I got to plan time off work to install the damn thing).

Well the guy tells me in a dick headed tone that many people MAY be before me and that it may take 3 weeks. I asked him how many people were ahead of me and if he could give me a more solid time frame...

Nope!!! Just that I should call back the Friday after next.

I just wanted to share how shitty an experience I'm having with them so far. And to tell you the truth, other than a great fitting roll bar, I haven't heard anything good about that company!!!

Someone else should start there own roll bar/cage company and learn from these guys.

It may have just been that one guy who I spoke with, but it sure left a bad memory for me to share.

User 'tapimp' works there, you might want to pm him. But I have heard 4-5 complaints about them being late on sending stuff... like over a couple months late.
