Question on Cats??
Hey guys,
I am throwing a code and I definetly know it's for my cat on the passenger side. I heard of something were the dealership will warranty up to 8years or 80,000 miles for the cats?? I have the stock exhaust manifolds and was thinking of just getting a y pipe with no cats on it that will hook up to the factory manifolds but do they usually come with front O2's and rear O2's because I think for the rear I will need O2 sims correct??? Can you guys help me out as to what I should do and how loud would my car really be without cats and still with the factory exhuast manifolds? Thanks guys.

There is an long warranty (not sure if 80k or 100k) on the Cats from the dealer. Since you are stock it should be covered unless it is a O2 sensor or other.
But keep this post ttt and someone here has the full story.
