What parts do you have? Can yoi post up a picture?
Most waste gates a pretty simple with 2 ports, one on the "bottom" closer to the flange side, and the other on the top usually used to control boost when a boost controller is used, otherwise a line is ran from the manifold from to the bottom port which runs the gate off spring pressure.

I've got 2 at the shop, each gate came with one. I can send you one, or scan it, fax, etc. But not till monday, heading out the door to Rt 66 for some NMRA vs NMCA action
I assume you got all the springs and the funky screw/rod thing for easy removal of the top part of the can?

they are all about the same as far as operation goes. HKS just gives you a couple things to make putting the springs in go easier.
I almost caught the top of my Tial in the face once when I took it apart with the 15 psi springs in it A little more careful, and a few less beers on the next spring swap
