QTP cutout switch pics?

Default QTP cutout switch pics?

Im having a helluva time using my QTP switch. Sometimes the switch works and sometimes it doesnt.
Does anyone have a few pics of how the switch is wired? The light in my switch doesnt turn on at all either. Need some help here guys.

Bump. I need some help here guys. The goddamned thing isnt working at all now.
Theres 8 ****** prongs on the back of this switch and I have no clue how it is sposed to be wired.

post some pics of how you have it wired if you can and explain how you have it wired, it shouldn't be too hard. Do you have any prior exp with the way electricals?

Right now it isnt wired AT ALL. I know the basics...but I really have no clue what Im doing right now unfortunately.

Even the most BASIC setup so i can get this damn thing closed right now would work.
