Wink

try some semi gloss spray paint. jack up the car and take the wheels off the hit the wheel wells with a scotch brite pad then tape off the wheel wells and spray them. 2 coats works good then you can armor all them after that.
p.s. get good paint like dupli color from a parts store that has the wide spray patern

I usually get some cheap tire spary from the family and I use it on the wheel wells it comes out pretty good. Meguiars Professional is the only cheaper stuff I use on the car except the wheel wells.

I deep clean occassionally with an all-purpose cleaner like Simple Green (properly diluted) and scrub with a brush. Once thoroughly cleaned, I dress them with a waterbased tire dressing.

im too much of a perfectionist to look at it like that. and no, the wheel well's arnt THAT bad that it looks too terrible, but, especially at night when the car is lit up and the wheels and paint are shining the wheel well just looks like crap. besides, why let the thing get so bad its impossible to clean later on? i like to stay on top of things.

presto_z, thanks for that thread. i was looking for something like that.

I scrubbed my front wells and put some tire shine on them...for the rears, I used satin black rustoleum.
