Default VIN question

not sure if im posting this in the rite section but im trying to figure out my build # of my car and ive researched online already but seem to be finding different information from different sites, so my question is am i correct in assuming that my production # is 10980 if my VIN is 2g1fp22k312109805? any help is appreciated

are you trying to find out your production number or your build number? is it an SS?

Its the last 5 numbers of your vin. Its just a line number.
