Local LS1 Throttle Body Porting?

Does anyone around here do a quality, reasonably priced port and polish on an LS1 throttle body?

Also, is there any downside to having a ported/polished TB?

They're great... but you might need a tune. I'm not aware of anyone local. Why not try "Mygoatbites" over on the GTO forum. I know he's planning to switch to LS2's and newer only... but maybe he'll do it anyway.
