Default Some Detailing Questions

Alright so I picked up a new car and I have some quick questions.

1. How can you remove painted on pinstripes?
2. How can you remove that stupid dealer sticker they put on the back bumper? (The one that says the name of the car dealership)
3. Is there a good product for cleaning stains on the carpet and seats?

Thanks in advance!

Painted pinstripes you need to repaint the car...
Dealer sticker peal it off use 3m adhesive cleaner to get the stickey off...
Carpetr and seats use simple green and dilute it 70% water......

I used Turtlewax foam carpet cleaner and it removed 100% of 13 years worth of stains.

Goo-gone may work for the sticker, but be careful.

If the pinstripping is not cleared, you *may* be able to sand, etc. to remove them.

A blow dryer should help you get the dealer sticker off.

303 Carpet and Upholstery, Folex, and Kids 'n Pets are some good choices for carpet cleaning.

I wouldn't try wetsanding at first. If you can't tell if the pinstripping is cleared over or not, try a little wax/grease remover on a SMALL area of the striping. If it starts to remove the striping then just continue. It won't hurt the clearcoat.

I used KleenStrip and it's available believe it or not at WalMart. It's actually a professional body shop quality product.
