sand and retighten your grounds, ABS INOP can come on if there's even a slightly weak contact.

Different size tire diameter will cause this problem, and that looks to be your case.

I could understand that if it happened right after I changed the wheels and tires but, I did that over a year ago! Wouldnt it have come up sooner than now? Its just strange that its happening now. Anyone else?

remove your rotors and check the wheel sensors for metal shavings. The shavings will block the signal to the sensor and cause the problem you are having.Use a magnet and remove the shavings from the sensor if they are covered. Also check the rear wheel sensors.

When it happened to me, my brake fluid was low. FWIW.

Excellent advice..... I had a similar problem for several monts, and it was puzzling. I finally used a soapy water solution applied with a pressure gun to blow out the brake dust, and other crud from the wheel bearing area, just doing a "spring cleaning". Problem sudenly went away.... Apparently brake pad dust can set up a magnetic field that the sensor picks up.

It happens to me when it gets really hot and I've been in alot of stop and go traffic. Once they've cooled a bit, they're fine.

I will try removing the rotors and cleaning the sensors. That sounds very logical. I will do it in the next few days. Thanks to all for the input! :hail:
