I just polished my dad's MAF ends, and it was a huge PITA! Polishing aluminum takes a lot of work - more than stainless, lol.
I don't know how the hell you can do that for so cheap, but it's good that you do because us car nuts can really save some frustration and $$$ by going through you.
Nice Job!

Dragon, I'm glad you said that. I really don't make much on this stuff when you figure in the time/supplies needed to get these results.
Who knows if I'll still be in business 1 year from now. Get the work done now while the stuff is available!!!!

I have confidence that your business will prosper given enough time, and promoting on f-body boards will definitely boost the marketing. Look for me in December/January. Just spent $600 on a new rear suspension, so funds are tight.
Glad I found you (2) gentlemen and w/o LS1tech, I never would have found what I have been seeking.
Best wishes
Mark

Joshua, have you started polishing the stock water pumps yet? I just recently had a water pump painted black, and am having the pulley chromed. If I don't like the look, I'd be interested in a polished/chrome water pump.

Money is kinda tight so I don't really want to buy the pump and do the work just to have it sit on the shelf for a couple weeks. Some slow moving items I'll do on an as-needed basis.
If anyone has questions just let me know.... ~Joshua

Once I replace my stock water pump with the one I had painted, I may send you my stock water pump to have polished. What would the cost of that be if I sent you my stock pump.
Any chance you'll have underhood mirrors? I can't find any place that sells them for my SS hood.

Josh,
This is off topic, but can you maybe add the core charges for your polished stuff to your website or do they vary?
Also, do you offer a chrome plating service yet? I need to have my supercharger ducting done. Thanks!

I'd love to distribute the mirrors from Dragon.
On the water pumps I buy them new for around $115 plus tax. I charge $350 total. So to get it done for a customer supplied pump I would need $225.
Thanks for the interest!!! ~Joshua

On the chrome I don't have prices because I havn't chromed enough specific parts yet to get an accurate cost on them. I can give you a range when somebody calls me depending on whatever is desired, and once I have done the parts I can tell how much time/supplies went into sanding/polishing/and chrome dipping, and I'll post up the basic costs. ~Joshua
