Fresh air tube? remove it or not?
Ok, for you guys that ahve deleted your PCV did you also remove the fresh air tube? Ive got a small breather on the drivers side and a small breather on the pass side. The port it connnects to the intake is blocked off with a rubber vacuum cap. Ive been doing some tuning and I noticed under accleration, the MAP sensor pressure would start dropping. So Im getting vacuum from somewhere. Im thinking that its comming from the fresh air tube. Beings Ive doubled checked everywhere for any leaks. Is there any drawbacks from removing it? Any advantages for leaving it?
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you're running breathers on both sides, there is no need for the fresh air tube. I'm running Metco breathers on both sides, and my fresh air tube is in a melted plastic pile in my neighbor's backyard - along with the rest of that PCV garbage.
