No...... No more water!!!! :) :) :) I'm still recovering from a trip to Block Island on Sunday and the Vineyard yesterday morning. Both of those were on a jet ski. I didn't even want to use water when I took a shower last night! :) Not sure about that weekend but where do you put the boat in if it's not always in the water? I usually go out of Swansea or Westport. Prefer Swansea for runs to Newport and Providence plus the Regatta (resturant/night club) is only a few minutes away.

My boat is currently being worked on now. It doesn't seem to be cooling enough at high RPMs. The warning buzzer will go off and the computer will reduce power until it gets back to the correct operationg temp. The pump and impeller were replaced last week. Took it out Saturday morning and had the same issue. Continued on my trip but didn't go over 2500 RPMs (27 MPH). It was kind of nice to see what I usually pass instead of it going by in a blur.

kc that's all right my boat is a toy. maybe one day I'll get my nice old jet boat but there are hard to come by these day's for sale. most guys spent the there time sinking them instead of selling them(idiot pilot's). I like the glastron boat's and oneday will be what I'll probly get.

my boat is in danvers, its there all the time, its 20 feet Tall, so it wont go down the street, and its 23,000 pounds, so my truck probably wont tow it. lol
we are going towards essex river tho, great beach up there for a weekend trip. and at 35 gallons of fuel per hour getting used, and 400 gallon tank, im all set with going much further away :bang:

I guess size does matter :) Overall, would you rather have that or something smaller (ok, alot smaller in this case) like a 23-25' bowrider? I have a 23' Chapparell bowrider. It hasn't really got to much use this year but I'm thinking that I would use a Crusier style boat alot more (maybe 30-32'). Even if it was just hanging out on it at a marina. Plus I wouldn't have to go through the whole process of getting it ready, towing to the ramp and them pulling it out and towing home at the end of the day. Drawback that I see is a larger boat uses more fuel and isn't as fast.

yhea, the big boat is 40 foot tiara, its older but nice its been pretty much overhalled interior electronics ect ect.
this winter she may get a new set of 496's 400 hp each thats like 50 more hp more each over the 454's that are in there and they would be fresh.
she cruzes at about 22-23 knots fully loaded, with the new motors id guess 25-28 knots easy. plus better gph.

if i got a new boat it would be a Baja or a donzi. 33-36 foot with tripples!!!!
