Made some runs with a 03 vert SVT I just came home right now from Daly City to meet up with my boys and run em. My boy has a LT1 green Z28 with LT, new clutch, magna flows and I don't know what else. Anyway his friend who's 17 years old has a 03 red fire vert cobra, he just bought it about 2 weeks ago. Anyway I asked what he had in the Cobra and he said "can't tell...you know how it is." So I was like ALLLLLRIGHT. So anyway I raced my boys Z28 from a 60 roll and I pulled about a car then let off....fast forward...So the cobra lines up with me at about 65-70 and he hits it without the honks so I get on it and I pull him about a car and this happened 4 times. I laugh to myself because he made it seem like he had a lot in it. I also had my fat *** cousin in my car(208lbs)...went home with a smile on my face

Good runs. Guy must not know how to drive that thing yet cause roll racing from those speeds against a 03/04 Cobra is suicide; unless you have something for it. That or you have a freak car with freak driver. It sounds like its stock or close to. If its pullied, you're a lucky b*st*rd. If not, hope it doesn't become cause then it'll be a brutal encounter. Just get a cam or N20 and no worries. Again good kill; one more for the good guys.

Nice work. I used to be a mustang guy owned a 00 that had a built motor and a vortech running 12lbs of boost. But that car is long gone after money troubles, now that Im straight Im into an ls1 and cant wait to go out and slay some snakes.

all he had was a ORH and a bassani C/B...No pulley thank god...my friend told me his parents just bought him the car...it just kinda pissed me off the way his attitude was and he kept tryin to do flyby's like...I guess tryin to call me out...oh well he got raped 4 times...when he gets a pulley then I already know that its no competition. Hopefully I'll have my cobra by the time I meet up with them again

nice kill.
catback only cars are good for 380-390RWHP. given both cars weighed the same at the time of the race (your "fat cousin" is the contributing factor there).
your friend needs some driving lessons...lol.

i hate how everyone's so secretive about their ****.
me and my friend have hit up the local meets (25ish cars) in concord the last couple weeks (he's got a heads/cam LT1, my stuff's in sig) and his car is easily the fastest there, mines probably close (we both run high 12s.. he just traps much.. much.. higher and has a horrible 60') and no one wants to talk about their car.

"Dunno man.. race me and find out.."
What's that whole thing about? We aren't racing for money we're just racing for fun for ***** sake. The Bay Area sucks man, everyone acts like their car is all top secret and ****, when in reality it probably only has a couple bolt ons.

Yeah I know I'll love it...I used to drive my friends 04 mystichrome sometimes. I also test drove 2 03 cobras and one guy let me take it all by myself...so you know what i had to do

That's probably why they don't wanna say whats done, cause it's only just a couple of bolt-ons. haha. Bench racing is the ****. I'd love for people to think I only have boltons, I have two mufflers on my car.

about being secretive about your mods.....down here they will tell you no nothing its stock he turns on the car and the car is camming and has a nascar loud exhaust with full slicks and says he is stock ....**** .... its like bro im going to race you tell me what you have so i wont tell evyone i beat a stock mustang gt ..

I hate people like that....17, mommy and daddy bought, and thinks he ruleZ the streets, cause he owns a term. Maybe he should have learned that DRIVER's skill has ALOT to do with it.....only 2 weeks, and thinks he can beat everone...give me a break.
