Default Clutch questions.

I see a lot of guys are running the LS7 clutch and LS2 flywheel. I'm a noob and have no clue, will this setup work on an LT1 car?

I don't think so. The Mcleod twin disc seems to be a favorite on the LT1 powered cars though.

It's not my ride, it's a friends car. I have a Ford product myself. He's looking for something that is streetable, but will hold up to some track time on DR's. The car makes 400/370 ish at the wheels. I was wondering what most LT1 owners use. The car is really strong, but it's hard to tell, everytime you try to launch it or go WOT in first gear, it just drives through the stock replacement clutch. Thanks for the replies. I hope the Ford thing isn't a problem
