Default Need Help! Halo Headlights...

I installed the halo headlights and the wiring to the halo light. There is electricity getting to the 4 wire connector leading to the halo headlight (I checked with a voltmeter) but the light itself is not turning on. I did this with both lights and both of them will not turn on. Could you make any suggestions?

Did you connect the correct wire (positive to positive) etc?

Go back and check your work...I'm sure it is something simple.

(BTW what are you hooking it up to?)

i hooked the black to the ground (black) and the red to the brown (the positive). I hooked it up to the daytime running lights. For some odd reason, they are now working. Have no idea why????....Thanks though guys
