Need Help! Halo Headlights... I installed the halo headlights and the wiring to the halo light. There is electricity getting to the 4 wire connector leading to the halo headlight (I checked with a voltmeter) but the light itself is not turning on. I did this with both lights and both of them will not turn on. Could you make any suggestions?

i hooked the black to the ground (black) and the red to the brown (the positive). I hooked it up to the daytime running lights. For some odd reason, they are now working. Have no idea why????....Thanks though guys
