Default Air in the system?

I change the clutch yesterday and I started to bleed the system.Pressure came back and the pedel felt normal. So I starting breaking in the clutch. Drove for 50 miles with no problems but this morning went I was driving the car the pedel stuck to the floor. All pressure is gone .I try bleeding it again but don't get any perssure .I also noticed that the master cylinder makes some noise when it is depressed or released .

Thanks for any help
Daniel

Did you replace any hydraulic system parts?
New slave? drill mod? Master?
If it is not loosing fluid, likely the master is at fault here though.

Yeah I replaced almost everything. The master is the only thing not changed but I replaced that about a year and half ago.

If it was just air, you should be able to pump it and get some pressure back.

What does the fluid level look like?

The system holds all of the fluid.I let it sit over night to see if anything leaked.I checked this morning and fluid level didn't change.I'm going to pull the master and see if I see something wrong.

I would guess its the master then. You're not losing fluid so its not the slave, so thats a good thing.

Do you have headers on the car?

Check to see how close the hydrolic line is to the headers. When my master went out, the line was resting against the header and basically it boiled all the fluid out of the line.

I had to replace the master and the line. I heat wrapped the line and started running DOT 4 fluid instead of DOT 3 and I havent had any problems since.
