Default LS7 clutch upgrade - throwout bearing?

I'm doing a LS7 clutch upgrade to a 2000 camaro z28, should I buy a LS7 throwout bearing or a LS1 throwout bearing?

I believe the T/O I used was the LS1. Talk to someone from T-56 rebuilds. I had them throw it in w my LS7 package.

Yep, your throw out & slave come complete as a unit when you buy a new slave.
