Th400, low torque #'s????

Th400, low torque #'s???? I dynoed my car the other day and was a little dissapointed, put down 384rwhp/356rwt but the TQ seems to drop off a lot on the big end, down to 300??? I know that TQ drops off up top but is that a "normal " loss? Also what's the average HP loss through the th400 compared to an m6 or 4l60?
