Default F-Body 4L80E conversions - help please

I have an F-Body that I am doing a 4L80E conversion on and trying to control the shift points with the stock PCM. I have a Spearco harness, vacuum modulation on the line pressure, and a Transgo shift kit. I am using EFILive FlashScan and copied the trans cals from a truck over to the F-Body tune. My problem is that the computer is not properly controlling the shifts at all times and I think it may be in the calibrations compatibility.

Anyone out there with a F-Body/4L80E conversion working off of the stock PCM that would be willing to send me a tune file so I can see what is going wrong here? If so, please send the file to BLK02WS6@aol.com

Thanks in advance for any help!!

I know on mine, I had to email HPtuners my tune and they modified the operating system so that my stock PCM would control the 4l80e. I have not tested to see if it works but Im sure it will.

The vacuum modulation screws with the commanded shift points. I had to play around with mine a lot to get them to shift where I want them to. It's not a problem with the tune, you'll just have to experiment a little and see what commanded shift points give you the actual shift points you want.

Example: My 1-2 shift is set somewhere around 49 mph and 5900 RPM and I actually shift at somewhere around 60mph and 6300 RPM, 2-3 is even more different, etc etc

I'll post my shift tables when I get home from work later.

{D0952} WOT 3->4 Shift RPM, Hot 5700.000000 RPM

The above settings give me 6300 RPM 1-2 shifts, 6200 RPM 2-3 shift, and I'm assuming a 6100 3-4 shift but I haven't been quite that fast

Also keeps the downshifts in about the right place. Give these a shot and see how they work for you, then do some tweaking on them to see if you can get what you want out of them.

My part throttle shift points are spot on but havent gotten to test WOT shifts yet on a good tire. Sometimes i can floor it and BOOM...right to the rev limiter because it spins. My 4l60s always did that...rev limiter on street tires, perfect shifts on slicks.
