Default Is the Victor jr intake a good idea for my STS setup?

I am having my forged 346 assembled and I am in the process of buying misc bolt-ons. I already have my heads/cam decided I am still stuck on which intake to buy. I was originally going to go with a fast intake but a buddy of mine is running the victor jr setup with this nos ls1 and he loves it and it makes crazy power. I am a 6speed daily driver sts car and I am just wondering how the victor jr does with power gains and daily driveability. .thanks

Unless you are doing a serious upgrade beyond the gt67, an ls6 manifold will be plenty. Especially with a 6 speed, the low end loss with the victor will be noticeable in daily driving.
