Which clutch should I buy? I have a mostly stock Trans Am with 43,000 miles on it. I pulled the tranny and it's getting rebuilt right now by t56rebuilds. I was going to go ahead and upgrade the clutch because I've been slipping my clutch through first gear on launches. I know a lot of people are using the Spec Stage 3 but they only last 30,000 miles. Is that because it's a puck design and doesn't have much surface area and wears down faster? Should I just save money and go with the Spec Stage 1 or 2 since I'm mostly stock anyway?
