Default Strange Wistle Noise

I get a strange whistle noise coming from the engine area, I think. It's definitely not gear whine. It will get louder pitch with RPMs and then stop when letting of gas. Any ideas? Could it be a vacuum leak causing this. It started after I installed a A/F gauge in one of the AC vents on my Camaro.
Maybe a vacuum line pulled off???

I had that too, but during colder weather. It was harder to hear when my engine warmed up... although, I think mine was throttle body related since I couldn't hear it after about 10% throttle. I don't think it's fixed, but my guess would be the throttle body.
