do some searches. there's a sticky at the top of the page that gives alot of general info about formula's and firebirds in general

https://ls1tech.com/forums/pontiac-firebird-1967-2002/492966-firebird-models-list-history.html

also, thirdgen.org is a site dedicated to third gen firebirds (what you have), i'd check out there. there will be alot more info about your year car and its history there then here.

I have 1991 Firebird, which is just like yours...they made those cars with the aero package....and different front a rear bumpers.....i know quite a bit if you need any help...me and my dad built mine pretty much from the ground up...it was wrecked a needed a lot of work....it has 158k and still runs strong

Thirdgen.org is a great source. 91-92 years looked a lot different because of the different bumper designs and different spoiler. Yours doesn't have the aero package though which makes it smoother looking yet. There are other differences too, but I don't really want to go into full detail right now. thirdgen.org should answer all your questions the best and make it easy to compare the years of third gens. Good luck and nice car they are relatively rare too.

Attend the Trans Am Nationals in Dayton, OH. See my sticky at the top of this forum for more info. You'll find plenty of folks there willing to share valuable info with you.
