Default Is a breather required on drivers side valve cover

I just want to know if I need to have a breather on the my drivers side vavle cover? Right now it has a plug in it from being n/a. I plan to have the pass side valve cover and LS6 valley cover used in my PCV setup.

I have one, ran a hose from the outlet on the VC to behind the brake booster and plug a breather into that. Kept it clean and the oil vapors off the header/manifold.

Thanks, good idea.

My main question is will I have any negative effects if the drivers side vc has no vent at all?
