when the clutch got installed i left the factory slave and master cylinder in and now when i drive sometimes the clutch will just fall to the floor usually when i first get in the car, i also notice i have to keep adding hydraulic fluid so i need a new slave and master, so i can just buy factory replacements?

Hmm

Spec usually supplies a slave shim with their clutches...

If you didn't install the shim, the slave probably overextended and failed, which is probably why you're adding fluid....

Do you notice any fluid leaking out of the bellhousing?

If so, a replacement may be in order....

If not, try bleeding the system as there might be air in it....

let me go ahead and tell you what i ddi for my hydraulics which is a trick! go to orielys ask for the master and slave for 99 camaro they will bring u u the right one. Now it is not the old ls1 hydaulic setup it is the new ls6 master and slave even tho it was for a 99, it wont pull up in there computer for an 01 or 02. But when gm started making the new and updated ls6 hydraulics every yr model replacement was the updated version. There brand will be brake best or w/e but no need to worry it is the same as GM ive compared same manufactor....... on ward with the trick, when u put ur new stuff in take ur old hyrdaulic set up take a tooth brush and a can of brake cleaner to the slave cylinder and m/c to it and scrub to make the old ones look new and go back the next day and return it to some dumbass redneck at orielys and tell him it didnt fit and u want your money back.... therefore FREE

this has worked numberous times....
